Position Summary

Assist current staff with daily mail pick up, mail sorting, package log in and boxing of founder’s mail as well as preparing mailboxes for EMF. Log in packages in the Mail & Print Services building and assist with package delivery. Additional duties might include metering outgoing mail, assisting with bulk mail preparation or working in the print shop, as time and needs require.

Qualifications/Special Skills Required

Work 5 days a week 10 am – 2:00pm without lunch or 10 am – 2:30pm including lunch, able to lift heavy packages, and mail flats, use a hand truck (dolly), drive a golf cart, and posses a personality that enjoys meeting and helping a variety of people. If the student is old enough and has a current driver’s license, this person might also drive the van on occasion.
