Hours per week 6-8 hours per week up to 103 per semester
Position Summary

Duties may include oversight of department studios, dressing rooms, public spaces, bulletin boards and photocopying equipment, filing requisitions for maintenance when necessary; scanning and copying scripts, photos and other materials; maintaining production photo archives; managing department web pages and social media accounts; maintaining box office accounts; assisting in production of posters, programs and ads. Management assistants will also work in other aspects of theatre production as needed.

Qualifications/Special Skills Required

Applicants should be organized and self-motivated, with strong written and verbal communication skills and solid digital literacy. Experience with Adobe Photoshop and/or Illustrator are pluses.
