Position Summary

Directly support various events, and the planning thereof, throughout the calendar year to help ensure an excellent patron experience by working with staff to fulfill various responsibilities in advance of events.

Specific responsibilities include:Preparation, planning and support for events including but not limited to
name tags
printing and cutting programs
prepping name tag boards
assembly of birthday and celebration cards
writing notes for new donor packages
organization of supplies
Administrative support
Data look ups
Social media coordination and writing
Event follow up
Email prep and assistance

Qualifications/Special Skills Required

Minimum qualifications:
Hard worker, fast learner, time management, eye for excellence, being on time, taking work seriously, highly organized, deadline driven

Preferred qualifications:
Some experience with Guilford events or general event planning
