Position Summary

Assist the Annual Giving Specialist with direct mail solicitations, support of email solicitations, and other activities as related to Annual Giving.

Specific responsibilities include:
Sort and organize individualized solicitation letters, pledge cards and envelopes; fold, stuff and seal envelopes.
Support email outreach, to possibly include social media
General office support such as filing and organizing

Qualifications/Special Skills Required

Minimum qualifications:
Organized, detail-oriented, able to work independently
