Position Summary

The Content Marketing Assistant reports to the Digital Content Editor and the Director of Marketing. This position is responsible for writing articles for Guilford.edu as assigned, as well as contributing ideas and input for the overall content marketing goals of Guilford College. This includes conducting in person, phone and email interviews with students, faculty, staff and alumni. You will not only complete tasks as assigned — you will actively search for stories that the Office of Marketing can tell in order to better showcase the College.

Qualifications/Special Skills Required

Candidates must be dependable and able to work to deadlines. Prior writing, marketing or journalism experience or coursework is preferred.
